You may need to know what your company is worth to a potential buyer. We can do a custom valuation for your company. This is far different than the simplistic software valuations many companies and CPA's use. With that comes an in-depth explanation for what it all means. What a buyer will pay for and what you think it is worth can be very different.
Drivers of Value Analysis
All companies have both hard assets of value and
intangible
assets. We will identify and rank the most important drivers of value for your company and industry. We will then offer suggestions for improving the value of your company to a potential buyer.
Exit Planning Consultation
When the day comes to implement your Plan, we will provide you with the best options for exiting your business and potential outcomes for each option. Each option may have pros and cons so we will help you evaluate the potential success for each option and help you pursue the course you choose.
Exit Transaction Consultation
We will provide guidance and support through the entire transition process including the financial and operational due diligence documentation. We will also advise on any “earn out” provisions that may be proposed.
Post Transaction Implementation and Support
We can work with the new management of the company to ensure that its new owners are successful. We will facilitate a smooth transition and create inducements to retain any key personnel.
