BILL RINGLE
For over 18 years, Bill Ringle, President of SystemRingle™, has served as a trusted business advisor for owners and leaders of small to mid-sized, privately held and family companies.
Bill has repeatedly watched as owners of small to mid-sized companies just shut down their company when the time came to retire or transition to the next phase of their lives. Far too often these owners did not know what else to do, and did not know who to turn to for help. When they did receive advice, it was typically narrow and usually resulted in the belief that their only option was to engage a business broker and sell the business to anyone who made an offer. This path typically results in large fees charged by law firms, M&A firms and business brokers that specialize in this work. Often their incentives do not always align with the business owner.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
We believe there are many viable options for exiting a business when the owner is ready to transition to working less or retiring. In most cases these options are preferable to closing or liquidating their company. Our approach is to counsel the owners, explain their options and help them navigate the business succession process.
